What is Canapuff Wholesale?
The trade division of Canapuff, built for retailers, distributors and business partners reselling our range. We supply direct, so shipments are prepared according to the quantity and size of current orders.
How does the trade programme work?
The programme is for companies only. Register with a valid VAT number; the account is then authorised on our side, usually within 24 hours. Once verified you get access to the trade offer, wholesale prices and direct ordering. Minimum order value is €79 and products can be ordered from 1 piece.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to almost all European countries, including Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Hungary, Romania, Austria, Germany, France, Greece, Croatia, Spain, Portugal, Netherlands, Italy, Belgium, Bulgaria and Denmark.
Who is responsible for legal compliance in the destination country?
The trade customer is responsible for making sure the products comply with local laws and regulations in the country of resale. We always recommend checking the rules in your market before ordering to avoid issues at customs.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer, VISA, MasterCard, Google Pay and Apple Pay. For bank transfers the order number must be included in the payment reference so we can assign it correctly. Bank transfers can take up to 3 business days to show in our system; card and wallet payments clear immediately. Your order is prepared as soon as payment clears.
Are your products lab tested?
Yes. All products undergo independent laboratory testing for quality, safety and legal compliance, and Certificates of Analysis are available on request for each production batch.
Do I get a dedicated contact?
Yes. Every trade client can be assigned a dedicated sales manager who helps with order placement, product selection and follow-up through the whole process — no tickets, no call centres.
Do you offer bulk purchasing?
Yes. Bulk and wholesale purchasing is tailored to distributors and large-volume buyers. Conditions depend on the product category and order volume — use the box selector on any product page to see the discount ladder.
How can I track my order?
You are kept informed by email throughout the process. As soon as the courier collects your order you receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow the package.
What if a product arrives damaged or missing?
Email us with a detailed description and photos or video where possible. We review and come back with a solution as quickly as we can; claims are resolved within 30 days at the latest.
How fast do you reply to emails?
Usually within 24 hours. High-volume days and weekends can extend that, but every email gets an answer.
